PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
As a result of a long-term illness that rendered him disabled, and a recipient of Medicaid benefits (“MassHealth” in Massachusetts), Attorney Kaltsas experienced first-hand the complexities of dealing with the American legal and health care systems. Although predominantly recovered and no longer a recipient of benefits, he remains particularly sensitive to the multiple stresses that individuals, and their families, confront when dealing with MassHealth.

FROM THE BEGINNING
Because of his past experiences dealing with MassHealth, Nicholas G. Kaltsas founded Elder & Disability Law Advocates. With more than 25 years of legal experience, and firsthand experience dealing with MassHealth, Nicholas G. Kaltsas is uniquely qualified to offer legal services to seniors and individuals with disabilities.
